Do I need to be in shape to start? 

No. Jiu-Jitsu is something you get in shape by doing, not something you need to already be in shape for. Everyone trains at their own pace and improves over time.

What should I wear to my first class? 

Comfortable workout clothes are perfect for your first class. If you don't have a gi yet, that's completely fine, you can still participate and see if Jiu Jitsu is right for you.

How old does my child need to be to start? 

Our Little Rollers program begins at age 4 and is designed to help young students build coordination, confidence, listening skills, and basic movement through fun activities and beginner-friendly techniques.

Are classes safe for beginners and kids? 

Yes. Safety is a top priority at TRUST BJJ. Our instructors emphasize control, proper technique, and respect for training partners. Students learn in a supportive environment where everyone helps each other improve.

How many classes should I attend each week? 

Most students train 2-3 times per week, but you can train as often as your schedule allows. Consistency is the key to improvement.

Do you offer trial classes? 

Yes! We offer 2 free trial classes so you can experience the environment, meet the instructors, and see if Jiu Jitsu is the right fit for you.
